Description:
The project entails the replacement of existing Condenser Water pipework system with new. This pipework runs from the Ground to the 30th floor of Guy’s Tower. The project will need to be undertaken in two phases to ensure that cooling is available to the site at all times to the Hospital. The existing Condenser Water pipework provides the heat rejection for the existing Daikin Applied centrifugal chillers consisting of two 1.7 MW packaged centrifugal chillers reference 1A/1B (System 1) and one 3...
