LHA wishes to procure a suitably qualified contractor for this contract. The works will consist of gutter cleaning to the majority of high level ( 3 or 4 storey high) properties on behalf of Linthouse Housing Association as part of our cyclical maintenance programme 2025-2030 generally within the Linthouse, Drumoyne and Langlands areas of G51 with some properties located within the G52 postcode area. Minor repairs should be attended to when onsite....
