West London Waste Authority (WLWA) is a statutory Waste Disposal Authority (WDA) formed in 1986. WLWA is responsible for disposing of waste collected by the London Boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Richmond upon Thames.
