RSPB Scotland wishes to receive costings for each element of the work individually, as well as a total cost for the works. 1. Excavate area of higher ground: Lower area of higher ground around viewing structure by approx. 1 m to tie in with adjacent water level. Remove willow trees to open up views from the viewing structure. Utilise soil to create islands in adjacent wetlands (see below). Area approx. 900 m2 2.
