The aim of this project is to reduce tenancy breakdowns by working directly with Service Users who are utilising the Vale Assisted Tenancy Scheme. (VATS) which is run by the Vale of Glamorgan Council Housing Solutions Team in partnership with designated Private Rented Sector landlords.
