Hampshire County Council (HCC) own and maintain Havant Footbridge which crosses the railway at Havant in Hampshire. Whilst the footbridge is not part of the station infrastructure it is positioned within Network Rail (NR) land, with main span supports on the station platforms and access ramps within the forecourt and on NR non-operational land.
