Tenders are invited from suitably experienced and qualified Service Providers who wish to secure a place on an Open Framework for Supported Living and Residential Services. Spot purchase arrangements may be made either individually or collaboratively by Neath Port Talbot Council, the City and County of Swansea Council, and Swansea Bay University Health Board.
