This contract is for phase 2 of this work. A Phase 1 study for the Authority to investigate Sensor Channel Health Monitoring (SCHM) for Signature Management System (SMS) has been completed. During this study, a set of algorithms were developed and demonstrated to Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4.
