The proposed works are for the maintenance of the existing first floor roof and tower block roofs (approx. 5500m²) of the Enid Quenault Health & Wellbeing Centre (EQHWC). The works will include overlaying the existing asphalt roof finishes with a new liquid membrane, roofing access works and bird proofing works.
