Fife Council has a requirement to print plastic school travel passes which are required to be sent to addresses throughout Fife. The cards require to be printed in 8 differing colours, approximately 11,000 passes to be produced, fixed to a letter and issued to the addresses in August each year. 3,0000 additional cards shall require to be produced to allow the Council to reprint throughout the year.
