In the event of a major incident this centre will be activated at the request of the Emergency Director via the awarding authority’s Commercial Director. Due to the time lapse from the last major incident the call volume is unknown at this time but Iarnród Éireann will require the successful provider to be able to sufficiently staff the emergency centre with fully trained and experienced personnel for the duration of the emergency who will be responsible for but not limited to the following....
