The Council is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably competent contractor for the supply of Plastic Polyethylene (PE) food waste caddy liners. Companies may submit quotations for up to 3 types of liner. All sample liners must be clearly labelled. Liners must contain more than 30% recycled plastic.
