This ITQ is seeked bids from organisations who are licensed to collect and purchase mixed scrap ferrous metal (Goods) from our Recycling and Household Waste Sites (RHWS) and Waste Transfer Stations (WTS) located in Leicestershire. These organisations should be capable of providing ro-ro type containers at each Collection Point and provide an on request reliable collection of scrap and return of container service.
