This contract serves as an exemption and is outside of normal HBC Contract Procedure Rules. The Damboard Replacement Project began in 2021 and original optioneering was carried out by Beckett Rankine. Beckett Rankine completed a detailed design in 2024 and it was recommended to carry out Ground Investigation work.
