ESPO is inviting tender submissions for a framework agreement covering Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG). The framework will cover: • Bulk Propane • Cylinders (Butane and Propane) Suppliers must be able to supply LPG throughout England, Scotland and Wales and must comply at all times with the latest Liquid Gas UK (LGUK) Codes of Practice (CoPs) and all relevant HSE guidance.
