A fixed scaffold to a height of approximately 10m. will be required to access all faces of the memorial. It is preferred that the scaffold is fully protected with tarpaulin during works to protect against inclement weather, minimise distraction caused by works to nearby motorists, and to ensure no materials generated during cleaning fall beyond the perimeter of the scaffold.
