The Authority is undertaking a transition process to move all services currently supplied by Arden GEM CSU (AGEM) to their in-house team. To support this transition and on-going service delivery, the Authority requires Arden GEM CSU to deliver an operational excellence programme. The contract is for a duration of 7 months.
