Warringon Borough Council are looking to appoint strategic partners to act as Alliance Lead, and to take other partnership roles, coordinating a multi-agency approach to deliver the Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) across Warrington. We anticipate strong VCFSE involvement in the alliance model.
