Dementia Resource Community (DCR), have been commissioned since October2024, to reduce A&E attendance and inpatient bed use, by providing three memory assessment nurses. Additionally, DRC undertake Diadem assessments in care homes thus releasing capacity to the Older Adult CMHT. DRC cover all geographical areas.
