The Council has used System Test Cases STC’s NAV software, delivered by Inspired Energy Solutions Ltd, to validate utility bills for more than two decades, with over 430,000 historic utility invoices stored within the system. Following Inspired’s acquisition of STC in 2015 and transfer to Systemslink in 2018, the supplier has redirected investment towards the modern Energy Manager platform and is phasing out the legacy NAV product.
