Mid and East Antrim Borough Council (MEABC) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified organisation/consortium/individual(s) to supply and deliver the Plot to Plate Programme, (part of the PEACEPLUS Local Action Plan) as detailed within this specification. The Plot to Plate Programme is a health and wellbeing programme, which encourages people to get outdoors, improve their knowledge of nutrition and promote horticulture (which has known mental health benefits).
