1400 – GUTTER CLEARANCE CONTRACT THIS NOTICE IS FOR THE PURPOSES OF IDENTIFYING SUPPLIERS TO TAKE PART IN EARLY MARKET ENGAGEMENT AND IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION.
