The CAWT Partnership has been successful in securing PEACEPLUS (PP) funding for the CAWT PP Healthier Futures project. The overall objective of the project is to develop and implement a more synergised Cross Border and Cross Community model of support for all age ranges. The latest data shows that we are seeing increasing levels of overweight/obesity in our population and that levels are consistently higher in those who are most deprived.
