The Contracting Authority, (the Housing and Sustainable Communities Agency (Housing Agency)) wishes to establish a Framework of suitable qualified competent Chartered Engineers to survey, assess, sample, test and categorise dwellings in accordance with the current I.S. 465:2018+A1:2020 (I.S. 465) and the soon to be completed review of I.S. 465, issued for public consultation as the Draft I.S. 465:202X (revised I.S. 465).
