East Suffolk Council (ESC) intends to commission key services across the District under Homelessness and Rough Sleeping from 2026-2029. The Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Grant 2026-2029 will build on past successes, provide ongoing support to those who need it and continue the work to reduce and ultimately end rough sleeping in East Suffolk through building sustainable pathways and preventing rough sleeping.
