Newry Mourne and Down District Council (the Council) invite tenders for the undertaking of a Residents’ Survey for its Council areas. The survey will target a representative sample of residents over the age of 16. It is increasingly important that Councils adopt an evidence-led approach to decision making. The expectation is that the Residents’ Survey will continue to provide reliable and robust baseline data, complimenting the previous residents’ surveys, to facilitate decision making. ...
