This notice is to service Citizen's intention to directly award via a pre-procured framework governed by the Procurement Act 2023. Citizen intends to use the Procure Plus framework for Installation of Low and Zero Carbon Technologies to directly award a contract to Eco Approach Limited. The contract will include ECO4 funded Solar PV installations and more general energy saving measures upgrades using SHDF funding.
