The Awarding Authority is seeking to establish a process to contract with organisations (Providers) able to provide Therapeutic Services, (Framework). In addition, each individual LA’s within the AEM region, assumes responsibility for supporting children and families where a Special Guardianship Order is in place, therefore providers who join the Therapeutic Services Framework will also deliver the appropriate interventions to ensure positive outcomes for these families.
