The Counselling Service will provide one to one counselling for people, aged 17 (16 Southwark) and upwards, who are experiencing common mental health difficulties. The service will focus on issues amenable to counselling interventions (depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, issues with self-esteem or identity).
