Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council are establishing a framework for the provision of Plant and Equipment Hire. There are two separate lots - Lot 1 - Plant and Equipment Hire with Operator & Lot 2 - Plant and Equipment Hire without Operator. Tenderers may bid for one or both of the lots.
