The main purpose of this framework is to provide Contracting Authorities with a compliant route to market for Training and Development Services. This is a re-procurement of a current framework owned by The Awarding Authority which expires in 16/09/2025 following an extension. The procurement will be an Open Framework run under the new regulations, the Procurement Act 2023 and under Light Touch Regime.
