GBC is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), to provide emergency response on a 24/7 365 basis to customers within its sheltered housing and hostel properties. The service must be of a 'hybrid' nature, able to communicate in both analogue and digital protocols.
