This ITT is for providing quantitative estimates of methane emissions from large point sources around the world based on satellite data from the Copernicus Contributing Missions (CCM) programme. The Successful Tenderer shall use the observations of methane abundances in the atmosphere provided by the CCM satellite missions to derive emission estimates for the targeted local emission sources.
