Holmes Chapel Parish Council owns the Holmes Chapel Community Centre and its daily operation is managed by Everybody Health & Leisure (EHL). It is the intention of EHL to install solar panels on three of the flat roofs and one pitch roof in the very near future but before doing so, two of the roofs need re-surfacing.
