This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of a Design and Build Contractor to deliver capacity enhancement works at Connolly Station, part of the DART+ Programme. DART+ is a transformative programme of projects that aims to modernise and improve existing rail services in the Greater Dublin Area (GDA).
