Within the next 18 months the Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales intends to set up a framework for the replacement of the Cell Management Systems at the South Wales Police Custody Suites. Initially, there is a requirement to replace part or all of the Cell Management System at Cardiff Bay Custody Suite, due to the current System having reached of life.
