The RSA is seeking tenders from interested parties for the provision of technical inspection services. The successful tenderer will be expected to conduct Inspections at: 1. Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (“CVR”) Operators’ Premises; 2. Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Testing (“CVRT”) Centres; 3. National Car Testing Service (“NCTS”) Testing Centres; 4.
