The Authority would like to appoint a Main Contractor to deliver a programme of repairs and restoration to return Green's Mill to working condition. Green's Mill is a Grade 2 listed heritage site built by Mr Green in 1807. His son, George Green, a celebrated mathematician inherited the Mill but after his death in 1841 it fell rapidly into disrepair.
