Hillingdon Council intends to initiate an Open competition for a new Multi- Lot Window & Door Replacement Programme to on board multiple contractors across three Lot Areas, North, Central and South of Hillingdon Borough, to complete the Window & Door Replacement programme from 2025/26 onward.
