The Automated Staining Platform will be used for analysis of expression of specific proteins, mRNA and microRNA signatures in fixed cells and tissues. A fully automated research platform for single and multiplex IHC and immunofluorescence, chromogenic and fluorescence ISH (DNA, mRNA, microRNA) and RNAscope applications is required.
